Is There Any Way Someone With Cervical Cancer Can Have Kids?

If they remove her uterus then that is the developing area for the fetus and no access for the sperm to reach the fallopian tubes where fertilization occurs. She herself will not be able to carry the pregnancy. However, this does not absolutely preclude her from being a mother. She could have her fertilized egg implanted in a surrogate mother to carry the child to full term and it would be her very own child with all the genetics of her husband and herself. She could also adopt so if she wants to experience motherhood, There are still options available to her. She just has to be a little more creative in her approach.
If they have to do radiation as part of the cancer removing protocol, she can still harvest eggs prior to the radiation and have them frozen for future use.
