Why did jim morrison lie/rebel a lot as a teen? (Stories)?

He urinated in his locker, brought a dead fish to school, walked put of the middle of class to "Get a brain tumor removed," When he actually just went to the library to read somepoetry/philosophy...he skipped his HS graduation saying he was gonna be in brazil.. he also quoted shakespeare to random girls in the hallways (and pulled it off well). He was kind enough to visit a peers house who had leukimea soo he wouldnt feel lonelyy....

Just being a teen. I did a lot of it myself in my teen years, still do occasionally.
I didn't urinate in my locker though, it was someone else's!
