The cat has a home. If you don't feed it it will go elsewhere or find food on it's own, cats are omnivorous they will eat even if all the humans on earth disappeared. If it is losing weight and unable to feed itself then you are risking the lives of your other pets bunnies can get feline leukemia and other diseases carried by cats the humane society will pick it up if you call it in as a nuisance or take it yourself to a shelter!

Carry her aground in a blanket and ask everyone if they would want the cat.Take her to an adoption shelter or a place where they will take care of her.Its probably best to get her a flea bath before you do all this though.

Take it to the Vet to be put down, don't feed it because not everyone will like having stray cats hanging around...

Try to adopt her out to someone else.
Someone who will actually feed her!
