There is no medical procedure to remove inhaled particles of any type.
The body has its own mechanism that is pretty effective for all but a few types of asbestos (there's dozens of asbestos types).
Particles first get encapsulated by white blood cells.
Then th encapsulated particles get suspended in mucus, and the mucus gets carried out of the lungs by cilia and coughing.

Such a serious condition indicates

a physician should be consulted.

That said, you may find treatments for 'pulmonary fibrosis' helpful.

There are 2 enzymes available (over the counter) which are reported to have success in dissolve such substances as Asbestos.

Thease are Serrapeptase and Nattokinase.

Serrapeptase is produced by a silkworm.

It clears out the body of inflammation by dissolving mucus and dead or scarred tissue. The body?s own healing system can then repair the damage with healthy tissue and create improved lung function. Serrapeptase can be used to treat Asbestosis and dust disease, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, bronchitis, coughs, cystic fibrosis, emphysema and pulmonary tuberculosis.

There is a number of drugs out there that can diminish the symptoms, but as for removal, you are really limited to a lung transplant.
