It WILL NOT change your skin tone. You would need a sun tan for that.
Most clinicians agree that moderate intake of Red wine has beneficial effects.

1) It contains resveratrol, this protects your heart and arteries against the effects of saturated fat in your diet
2) Is high in Antioxidants which can slow the signs of aging and prevent a number of degenerative illnesses like type 2 diabetes or osteoporosis
3) Mounting evidence suggests that drinking red wine in moderation can help prevent cancer.
4) The polyphenols in red wine help harden tooth enamel and hence aid in the prevention of tooth decay.

red wine is not going to change your skincolor if that's what you meant.
red wine is good for your hemoglobin percentage and cholesterol as long as you keep it down to max 2 glass every week.

but it's much better for you to just cut down on the butter for instance and replace with oil. :)
