I know diet sodas aren't exactly good for you and that they can cause cancer, weight gain, etc. But I was wondering if Minute Maid Light Lemonade is a better substitute. I go out and eat at fast food restaurants once in a while and I try and avoid soda but I want more than water ('cause I have one of those Sparkletts water vendor at home).
There's usually a wide selection of soda and occasionally Powerade Fruit Punch, but I hate the coloring, and then there's Minute Maid Light Lemonade and I usually pick that one.
I guess overall is M.M Light Lemonade just as bad as soda (Diet or regular)?
