Is it possible to have prostate issues (enlarged prostate) if my grandpa had prostate cancer?

Only as a possible, not an absolute. Diet, lifestyle and attitude contribute a lot to ones' healthy life or otherwise. Both sets of parents in my family have had cancer - I haven't (touchwood). Rarely get sick; don't even have a doctor.

about 80% of all men will have prostate issues. sinceyou have heriditary issues you should get checked, most doctors advise getting a prostate exam when you hit 50.

It's possible to have it whether or not your grandfather had prostate cancer.
