Is Bone Cancer Curable?

Postby Rodd » Sat Jul 22, 2017 7:15 pm

Bone cancers can be both benign or malignant and either primary( original site) or secondary (from another cancer site like breast or lung). Treatment depends on the type of cancer & if the treatments help. Some do...some don't.They often respond to radiation, chemo, combination of both, and/or surgery.Bone cancer is very commonly metastasized from another area where the primary did not respond to treatment. This type of cancer often requires higher doses of pain medication.

It certainly has been cured for some, there are far too many variables in each case to be able to say that it has been cured for one and all.
