At the risk of offending (I don't mean to) it is unusual to develop all three cancers as primary cancers.

What is far more common is to develop one of these cancers as the primary cancer and have it spread to the other locations.

In this case, irrespective of the location, it is still the same type of cancer as the primary site.

EG. Small cell lung cancer, primary cancer, with metastatic small cell lung cancer to the brain and pancreas. In this case the ribbon for lung cancer would be appropriate.

I chose this scenario as my example with it being the most likely as 99% of small cell lung cancers are primary cancers linked to smoking.
Small cell carcinoma is aggressive and spreads rapidly to other organs.

I've looked on at least 4 different sites and everyone had a different color. My mother was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer, brain cancer and pancreatic cancer.
