I Suffer With Bad Constapation And I Was Wondering I Heard Fiber Is Good For The Digestive System?

For constipation, castor oil is very good for a one-off remedy as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22c... but it is unsuitable for regular use.

For constipation, suppositories, laxatives and enemas are all totally unnecessary if you eat the right foods.

All fruit and vegetables in very large amounts are laxative.

You need to permanently change your diet or you are likely to get colon cancer.

Constipation can make you extremely unwell and can lead to colon cancer as it causes a build up of carcinogenic toxins in the system.

The intake of foods such as milk, cheese, white rice, white flour and red meat should be restricted, because they tend to contribute to constipation.

Any food that has had the fiber stripped out, the nutrients processed out or slows down the digestion is a constipation culprit. Here's a list of foods shown to cause constipation problems:

?Meats, especially fatty meats, red meat and processed meats,

?Dairy Products, such as cheese, ice cream and whole milk,

?Fast Foods ? burgers, French fries and other fried foods, pizza, etc.,

?Refined grains, like white rice or any refined white flour products,

?Highly starchy foods ? white potatoes, corn and all refined grains,

?Pastries and other high sugar products, such as cakes, cookies and pies,

?Deep-fried foods, chips and other foods that are high in bad fats.

You can see lots more in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22n... which tells you "Natural Ways to Relieve Constipation" and the right foods to eat.

No, white bread is not good. Too much fibre when your system isn't used to it can cause even more problems. You need to add a whole lot more fresh fruit and vegetables to your diet. Taking a quality probiotic supplement is also excellent. You also probably need to drink more water and add beneficial fats to your diet, like omega 3 fish oils and coconut oil. Magnesium supplements can also help a lot as most people are magnesium deficient.

Yeah, A comedian once said.... There is as much fibre in a bowl of kelloggs all bran, than there is in the toilet after eating a bowl of kelloggs all bran lol. Also Prunes and any pure fruit drinks, should help with your problem

If you want to use fiber laxatives, you need to drink plenty of water/fluids/juices to move that stuff down your digestive tract.

Avoid coffee and black tea as they are dehydrating. Mineral oil may work, but it will block the absorption of nutrients.

Other remedies are magnesium sulfate, senna tea and dried fruits (prunes) which are high in magnesium.

White bread is bad.
Whole grains are best.
Read the packages.
They tell you fiber content.
Fresh fruit and vegetables are good.
You need fiber and its easy and cheap to get. No excuses.

drinking a glass of wine helps, just don't ask your parents... i ate a bunch of hot fried dried chili peppers, i didnt have any heartburn or stomach upset because the wine has natural ingredients that clean your stomach like a vacuum and move all the **** down your *** without giving you pain.

i'd say the purely situation with this can be in the experience that they could't bypass by ability of the evening without desiring to have a BM. If this isn't the case, and it matches you, bypass for it. i do not loose-feed although, specially because we've continually had numbers and leaving nutrients round does not be an selection. I also desire for mine to have a more advantageous organised day and to charm to close what each and every canine is eating (how a lot). chance is your 2 opt to bypass to mattress with a great finished tummy. because the digestive equipment of a canine is yet another element to that of a man or woman, i'd say both do not note. what's not properly for us, isn't inevitably not properly for canine.
