Some people are just cold all the time,are you quite thin,that might have something to do with it if you are below your set weight,myself I'm 85lbs over weight and am hot all the time,I don't get cold very easy.   Squeeky-changes-suck 43 months ago

Are you getting enough exercise? Do you sit for hours and hours? If so, it contributes to poor circulation. So get moving! You can try to fit in some activity like going for a walk, even vacuuming in the house, to move around more if you've been too sedentary. My first thought was also "anemic" which someone else has suggested.I could suggest you also do some deep breathing at various times in the day, that is, to breathe in deeply, hold your breath for a few moments, and then exhale vigorously. This will help to clear out your airways and bring more oxygen into your system especially your bloodstream. Just a suggestion.   goldie080 43 months ago
