How To Quit Habbit Of Masturbation Cause Recently I Heard It Is Bad Or Causes Prostrate Cancer?

Postby Orlondo » Mon Sep 25, 2017 6:09 am

I used to do it 2-3 times a week and i felt dirty for doing it. I haven't jerked off for over 4 months, you may find that hard to believe but its true. Usually once every 2 weeks or so it just leaks out while i'm sleeping in a wet dream. At this point it's really easy for me to brush off any urges i get though i still get them. It's just easier for me to get past the urge and get on with whatever i am doing.

The first few weeks are the hardest ones and stay away from anything that could put your mind on sex.

Try to find something that you enjoy doing to keep your mind focused on something. I found that i tempted the most when i was sitting at home bored with nothing to do. So occupy yourself with something constructive. Once you get to month 2 it really isn't hard at all to not do it. you just have to be motivated and keep your mind off of sexual/sensual things.

And it's not like I never think sexual thoughts or not take that second look at a hot girl i just don't let those thoughts linger for very long or become anything more than a thought.

Masturbation absolutely positively does NOT cause prostate cancer, although it CAN help to prevent prostate cancer in the future by keeping your system cleaned out.
If you don't masturbate or have sex at least once in a while, you will most likely have wet dreams which is your body's way of cleaning itself out.
I am on Yahoo messenger if you ever want to chat sometime.
