He is all set.

Some cats feel lethargic after vaccines. But you also say he had the FVRCP and was neutered - all in one visit? If so doubly so that he should be sleepy. Give him a day and if he has not perked up then call the vet.

The American Feline Practitioners Association (cat vet association) recommends that all kittens receive two vaccinations for feline leukemia, 2-3 weeks apart, after they are 12 weeks old. This is for all kittens even if they will be kept inside for now, because there is so much variation in how kittens end up being housed and kittens are so susceptible to this disease. Did he receive two FVRCP's and two dewormings, 2-e3 weeks apart? If only one, schedule another in 2-3 weeks from the first. It is common for cats to be sore and sleepy up to 24 hours after having a vaccination.

That sounds like everything.

He may be sleepy just to recover from the stress of the vet trip. Mine always hide and sleep when they come home from just a visit without shots
