"how Many People Remember "liver Night" At Your House, When You Were Growing Up...

ON the days she would cook it I would smell it and think it is going to be a long night because I knew I wasn?t going to eat it at all the thought of it in my mouth would make me gag I would eat the veggies I would even eat the cooked onions on it on the days she would cook onions with it but not the liver.  I remember eating over a neighbor?s house and the first thing I would ask is what kind of meat is that?  And sometimes I wouldn?t ask I would just say I?ll have veggies only please if it looks like liver LOL my sister was the smart one she would drop just about all meat on the floor, she was a picky eater.             mmm mmmm good can you smell that liver         just looking at that makes me think of when I was a kid

And it was only a few times a year, but he did a good job with it.  Bacon, onions and liver with catsup.  I grew up actually liking it.  My deep apologies.....
