Taking it to many times in a short period of time can kill you. Plan b is an extremely high dose of hormone. It puts you at twice the risk of heart attack and stroke that regular birth control does (which is why you also can't take plan b while on birth control). Plan b works be delaying ovulation for a few days so that the sperm die before the egg is released. Sperm live an average of 72 hours inside you but can last up to a week. If you ovulate before taking plan b it won't stop the pregnancy from happening. You can never be sure when you will ovulate because your cycle can shift without warning. It doesn't matter if he pulls out or not. Pre ejaculate contains sperm leaked out during the production of ejaculate and flows throughout arousal.
I was conceived from pre ejaculate. If you don't want to get pregnant make him use a condom or refuse to have sex with him if he won't wear one. Condoms are the only contraceptive that protects you from sexually transmitted diseases like the virus that causes cervical cancer.
There is no test for that virus for guys and some of the most common STDs don't have symptoms in guys.
