Has Anyone Else Had A Dream With A Loved One Who Has Died In It? But They Don't Speak?

Postby Clerk » Mon Aug 28, 2017 7:35 pm

I lost my grandmother to pancreatic cancer when I was in 7th grade, I remember distinctly this dream I had, nothing related to her and this was about a year or so after her passing, we were really close. I always think about it but I was at this fair with some friends, I remember looking in this huge crowd of people and seeing her sitting on the curb of the sidewalk, the thing is it didn't look anything like her other than her glasses and short hair-for some reason I knew it was her, I know for a fact that's who it was in my dream, she looked not young but younger than what she looked like when she died, and she looked healthier. We never spoke, I never got close to her but I wanted to but in my dream I couldn't control it. Later in my dream I was walking down the sidewalk with friends and I remember looking forwards and seeing her standing there a pretty far distance away and she again said nothing and that's all I remember of seeing her. Has anyone had these kinds of dreams? It was so odd and I woke up crying but it wasn't like a sad crying it was just weird idk how to describe it, what does it mean? I haven't had a dream since with her in it

Sorry about your grandma. Yes, I dream about my grandpa a lot, but he doesn't speak. He did once after he died and all he said was, "I'm okay." Most dreams I have with him, he just gives me his mischievous smile he had and hugs me. Idk what you believe in, but I always took that as his way of telling me things are okay.
