The root cause lies in chronic constipation with a displaced solar plexus. If constipation issue is resolved, I think U can be free from all the symptoms cited by U in 15 days.

Can Constipation* ever Cure, permanently?
Yes.
Most of “the cancer issues” pertaining to alimentary canal –esophagus, stomach, intestines, colon, liver, gall bladder, appendix, sigmoid colon, rectum, etc., are linked to excessive accumulation of feces in the rectum and large intestine. The accumulated fecal matter over weeks/months/years & putrefied fecal matter, with billions of pathogenic bacteria + toxins produced thereat---weighing even 8-10 Kgs., is an offshoot of chronic constipation, as per an American research study—says Dr.Manthana Satyanarayana Raju, the world famous celebrity in ‘Nature Cure’ and the Chairman of the biggest nature cure hospital in the world with 700-bed strength started on 01022012 @ Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh, India..
Terms and conditions.
1. As and when u get up from bed, in the early morning, after mouth wash, just take 2 glasses of plain water. and then 2 hours after every breakfast/lunch/dinner take one glass of water every one hour. Finish Ur dinner before sunset; so that u can give rest of 12 hrs., to Ur digestive system for the fecal matter to move down Ur intestines for its total purge. Do not take any water during breakfast, lunch and dinner, excepting when Ur throat is choked with food particles. That too a small gulp of water only.
2. Avoid/Minimize salt, baking soda, bakery products, pizzas, burgers, mutton and non-veg. Say no to McDonald’s Pizzas, burgers, KFC’s deep freeze and deep fried chicken, etc.

3. Include in Ur diet, half-pound rice, sprouted green gram, horse gram, beans, soya beans; black salt, butter milk, wheat powder without filtering/sieving of out bran; green juice, raw vegetables, like tomato, spinach, coriander leaves, hybiscus esculantus/lady's finger/Hindi-bendi , etc.
4. After sitting on the toilet seat, just massage hard Ur chin [below the lower lip] with Ur thumb and middle finger for 3 to 5 minutes continuously. It shall make hard stools soft and Ur defecation shall be total. The entire rectum gets vacated completely.
5. 1 tsp of triphala churan [available @ any local Ayurveda shop] + 1 cup of butter milk every night before sleep.

The more U follow like rituals, U can out beat not only constipation, but also cancer, hiv/aids, diabetes, IBS, and all other modern diseases.

You need to go see your doctor and he/she will refer you to a Gastroenterologist if needed. That will be the only way to know for sure what is wrong. It could be something as simple as you need more fiber and water in your diet or something serious. You could be doing damage to your system by waiting so long to seek help.

Go to the pharmacy and ask for some stool softeners, a lot of people have to take them, it will fix your problem.
