Do I Have Testicular Cancer?

I found a jellybean sized lump behind my left testicle about a year ago. I don't remember having any pain and I didn't notice any change in size since I first noticed it. It feels kind of wormy and irregular shaped, and it doesn't hurt when I squeeze it. I am a 14 year old boy and I am very concerned. HELP!

The only way that you can find out if an unusual lump on your body is cancerous or not is by going to your doctors and being checked out.
Tell your parents what you have told us all on here, ask them to make you a doctors appointment and you will get the answers that you need.

There are a very small number of young people that have cancer, but you need to get checked out by your doctor to be sure.

Whatever it is needs to be evaluated by a doctor.
I'd show it to your father and ask him to take you to the doctor. Your dad should be more than willing to see that it is checked out.

Most likely a epidydimis.
