Charities to help families with terminally ill children?

We found out that my friend's daughter has a brain tumor and that she may not make it past 6 months. The family is having trouble with the finances and I was wondering if there was a charity who would be willing to help them with her treatment expenses.

Ronald McDonald house can help with money. I would contact the "Make A Wish" foundation. They grant wishes to I'll children, who have a higher chance of dying. They allow the kid to make 3 wishes and they will grant one. They send people to places like Disneyland or let them meet their favorite character. It's completely free for the family.

You could also consider peer to peer donation websites to raise money for medical expenses, where ordinary folk donate (not lend) money to people going thru some tough times. Here's a few:
