First off, this question will probably sound ignorant, but please forgive me because this happened like three years ago... Ok, so when I was pregnant with my second child in '09 (I'll be turning 25 in a few weeks), my pap smear came back irregular and it turned out cells could have been precancerous. Something to do with HPV and how pregnancy can cause the cells to grow quicker, but usually it goes away once the baby is born. Anyway, I was supposed to get a check up for it six months after I had him, but my doctor quit about ten weeks after I had my baby so I didn't get a reminder for it and needless to say, it slipped my mind (irresponsible, I know). Since we recently began trying for our third, I remembered. I'm just wondering if anyone else has went through this and ended up with the cells going into remission after birth or if it turned into cervical cancer. No, I'm not relying on this site to diagnose me, I'm just seeing what other people have experienced with this. Feel free to email me with more info, too :)
