Ral,
The prostate gland contains semen which carries sperm. Cowper’s glands are two small glands of which one lies on each side of the male urethra below the prostate gland and discharges a secretion during sexual stimulation, called preejaculatory fluid or, ‘pre-***,’ into the urethra. Contrary to popular belief, preejaculatory fluid does not contain sperm and therefore cannot be responsible for pregnancies during coitus interruptus. There is no natural entry for the secretions of either the prostate or Cowper’s glands to void into the alimentary canal at any point. Therefore, in answer to your question NO! If you are asking about the fact because you are constipated, your constipation must therefore be induced by either a sedentary lifestyle or/and a diet lacking in the necessary fibre and fluids to allow proper faecal passage through the alimentary tract.

ALL ANSWERS SHOULD BE THOROUGHLY RESEARCHED, IN ANY FORUM AND ESPECIALLY IN THIS ONE. - MANY ANSWERS ARE FLAWED.

Into your OWN rectum or colon? No, unless you have major issues with your anatomy ...and that issue needs to be addressed by a professional.
So,No.
edit: and no to it causing constipation as well...
