Can I sue Red Bull for false advertising?

Postby archard » Tue May 22, 2012 6:16 am

For the last 4 weeks, all I have been consuming is Red Bull, and yet no wings have emerged.
Their motto is "Red Bull will give you wings", but nothing has happened to me and I can't fly at all. I also developed testicular cancer from drinking all that Red Bull.

Can I sue them for false advertising? I spent over 90 dollars on Red Bull energy drinks. Their product also gave me cancer.

You have to read the fine print. You do get wings, but only after you drink one million cans.
Most people can't drink that much in their lifetime, but that's not Red Bull's problem.
